Hydraulic Cylinders
We repair and manufacture hydraulic cylinders of all sizes, brands and applications.
Our state of-the-art hydraulic cylinder stripping bench has capacity for cylinders of up to 12 meters. It has an integrated testing console.
Our Sunnen HTA-4000 honing bench hones tubes of up 500 millimeter ID by 6 meters length. All tubes are measured by digital micrometer before and after honing.
Hydraulic cylinders repaired in our workshop are provided with a testing certificate and 6 months warranty.
Hydraulic Pumbs
Hydraulic pumps, motors and valve groups are repared and serviced in our climatized clean room.
Our hydraulic technicians enjoy the use of gantries, compressed air and all tooling that is required to get the job done.
All pumps are thoroughly tested on our computerized test bench.
The flow, pressure and torque rates are tested and verified by our quality control officer.
A testing certificate is then issued and 6 months warranty.
Machining
We carry out turning, milling surface grinding and engineering work.
Our machinist are qualified and well experienced.
The workshop are equipped with various lathes, borers and milling machines.
Crane Truck Hire
Our 15ton VOLVO truck, equipped with a 10,5ton crane is avaliable for hire.
